PRESIDENT'S LETTER Dear Members and Guests, One of our greatest strengths as a company — and what sets us apart — is the Member experience we provide. I take great pride in knowing that every day our clubs give you opportunities to elevate your life in every area, from golf and tennis to networking and social events to great food and fitness facilities. With this in mind, we are introducing a new tagline — “Life Lived Well” — to encourage you to use your club to celebrate a happy and healthy lifestyle and live life to the fullest every day. As an industry leader, we also take pride in our innovation. We now have expanded and dedicated resources working to envision what the club of the future will look like and to create new products and services that will enhance the value of membership. Right now, we are creating a new state-of-the-art mobile platform that we will begin piloting later this year. It will include the ability to book dining and tee-time reservations, not only at your club but across the country, too. This technology also will bring improved communications, special offers, and ease of billing. We also are expanding our programming to create new value-added events and programs that enhance the member experience, such as the Silver Oak wine and food events we’ve had at some of our clubs. Our first few were huge successes, and we are now planning dozens more. We are bringing golf indoors with Golf Lounges, featuring golf simulators and social hubs, opening at several clubs around the country, and we are introducing our first Drive Zone, a green-grass golf entertainment range that features ball-flight tracking technology, gaming, music, and more. Drive Zone opens at Brookhaven Country Club near Dallas in April. As you can see, we are focused on imagining the next chapter of club life. While we look to the future, I hope you will enjoy the present and take advantage of all your benefits and the exciting things going on at the clubs — and, keep in mind, there is always more coming down the pike.
